McKinsey · State of AI 2025
93%
of organisations have not yet scaled AI into measurable financial impact. Eighty-eight percent are using it. Only seven percent have made it work. The gap is not technology. It is implementation — and a business case nobody has built.

The pattern in your business

You are using AI. You are working harder than ever. Neither is making you richer.

Three numbers describe the actual state of service founders at your tier in 2026. None of them appear on your accountant's report. All of them show up the moment your business is modelled properly.

82%
Lose sleep over work
Service founders cite the volume of decisions and operational dependence as the top stressor. AI tools were meant to reduce this. For most, they have added another layer of decisions to make.
56%
Cite cash flow stress
Revenue is real. Personal wealth is not growing to match. The business eats cash faster than it creates personal net worth — the gap most coaches refuse to talk about.
5×
AI tools tried, none stuck
The average founder at your tier has trialled five or more AI tools in the last eighteen months and abandoned most of them. The issue is not the tool. It is the absence of a model that says which one to bet on.

Test your business plan against a future where AI is working for you

An interactive output planning model. You input eleven assumptions about your business — revenue, hours, take-home, time drains, AI maturity. The model returns a complete twelve-month projection: hours recoverable, dollar value of recovered time, wealth gap, audit ROI, and a side-by-side trajectory chart showing the status quo path against the Prospera path.

  • Hours per week recoverable from your specific time drains
  • Annual dollar value of recovered time, at your hourly rate
  • Wealth gap — distance between your take-home and benchmark
  • Owner-dependency, AI readiness, and take-home efficiency scores
  • Twelve-month trajectory chart, two scenarios plotted
  • Audit ROI multiple and payback in weeks

What you walk away with

Five working artefacts. None of them is a slide deck.

The audit's value is not the conversation. The conversation is how Assel gathers what's needed to build five specific things — each one a working tool you keep, use, and update on your own afterwards. Below is what each one is, and what it does for you.

Output i — the centrepiece

Your Financial Model

A working spreadsheet of your business — revenue, costs, founder time, take-home, AI tool spend — projected twelve months forward in three scenarios. Built using financial planning and modelling discipline grounded in twenty years of corporate finance practice.

  • Baseline tab — your business as it is today, with every assumption named
  • Three scenarios — status quo, conservative AI implementation, aggressive AI implementation
  • Sensitivity analysis — what changes when hours saved varies, when tool spend doubles, when hourly rate shifts
  • Top three levers ranked — by ROI, by speed to implement, with sequencing logic
  • The "focus here first" recommendation — one move, defended in numbers

Your 90-Day Roadmap

Twelve specific actions across three months. Each one named, sequenced, and tied to a number — hours saved, dollars recovered, owner assigned. Not a list of recommendations. A working plan you put on the wall.

  • Month 1 — Quick wins. Three actions implementable in your first week, each scoped to under two hours of setup
  • Month 2 — Systems. Connecting the wins, documenting the SOPs, training the team to take work off you
  • Month 3 — Automation. The work that compounds — agents, integrations, the moves that recover time after you stop watching
  • Each action has: tool, owner, time investment, expected hours saved per week, dollar value annualised
  • The dependencies are mapped. If action three needs action one to be live first, the plan says so

Your Wealth Snapshot

A one-page personal financial diagnostic, built using the Financial Model. Names exactly where wealth is leaking out of the business, how much, and what one thing to change this quarter to start closing the gap. The piece nobody else delivers.

  • Your take-home efficiency — the percentage of revenue reaching your name, against the benchmark for your tier
  • Three named wealth leaks — under-paying yourself, no investment cadence, business as savings account, etc., specific to you
  • One change, this quarter — a single, concrete move that begins to close the gap measurably
  • The conversation to have with your accountant — three questions, formulated for you

Your Production Library & ongoing access

The audit does not end on delivery day. You walk away with two things designed to make implementation actually happen, not just be planned for.

  • The Production Prompt Library — ten ready-to-use prompts customised to the work you actually do this quarter, tested by Assel before delivery, categorised by use case
  • The Implementation Companion — a private Claude Project trained on your full audit, available for ninety days. Ask it questions, refine prompts, get unstuck between sessions with Assel
  • The Day 14 check-in — three questions, one optional 15-minute call, designed to catch implementation stalls early
  • The Day 45 reactivation — a scheduled conversation reviewing what worked, what didn't, what comes next
  • The team brief video — a short Loom you share internally so implementation doesn't die at the team handoff
  • The six-week tracking sheet — pre-built for your processes, you log hours saved weekly, the case study writes itself

Why Prospera exists

Most AI advisors are technologists. I'm a finance person.

I spent two decades in corporate finance and energy — running models, sitting in front of CFOs, watching businesses grow revenue without growing wealth. Then I trained as an ICF executive coach because the technical answer was never the whole answer.

Prospera exists for one reason: most AI advice is built by people who can read a tech roadmap but cannot read a P&L. The audit is built the other way. Every recommendation is sized in dollars, modelled across scenarios, and tied back to the question that should have been asked first — is this business actually making you wealthier, or just busier?

Questions worth asking

Frequently asked, honestly answered

What exactly do I receive at the end? +
Five files in your inbox: a custom financial model of your business (Excel + Google Sheets), a 90-day roadmap with twelve named actions (PDF + Word), a one-page Wealth Snapshot (PDF), a prompt library with ten production-ready prompts (Markdown + a Claude Project), and a six-week tracking spreadsheet (Excel). Plus a 25-minute Loom walkthrough recorded by Assel, a team brief video you can share internally, ninety days of Claude Project access, and two scheduled check-ins on Day 14 and Day 45. Nothing in this list is a slide deck.
What does the financial model actually contain? +
A working spreadsheet of your business with six tabs: a baseline of revenue, costs, founder time and take-home; AI implementation cost projections; AI value capture (hours, dollars, wealth); three twelve-month scenarios (status quo, conservative, aggressive) with side-by-side numbers; sensitivity analysis showing what changes when key assumptions move; and a recommendations tab with the top three levers ranked by ROI and the "focus here first" call. The model is yours — you maintain it, update it, share it with your accountant.
Why $2,000? Is the audit worth that? +
The Financial Model alone is the kind of deliverable that, in a corporate finance engagement, would typically run $5,000–$15,000 to produce. Add the roadmap, the wealth diagnostic, the prompt library, the implementation support, and the audit pays back in two to four weeks at typical recovery rates. The price is deliberately low for the depth delivered. It will increase to $2,500 once three case studies are published.
I've already tried AI tools. What's different here? +
If you have already tried AI tools, you know the problem is not the tool. It is the absence of a model that says which tool, in which order, with what expected return — and a system that survives the team handoff. The audit is built for exactly your situation. The financial model alone resolves the "we don't have a business case for this" objection that most AI projects die on.
What if my business is not a fit? +
The discovery call has six qualification checks. If two or more do not pass, I will say so on the call and either refer you to someone better suited or suggest you wait until the timing is right. I would rather decline a $2,000 audit than deliver one that will not produce a result you can write a testimonial about.
What's the ladder beyond the audit? +
The audit is complete in itself. For founders who want deeper work, there are two next steps: the Profitable Owner Programme (eight-week group, from $1,997 NZD per cohort, twice yearly) and the 1:1 Business & Wealth Intensive (three months private, $4,500–$8,000 NZD). These are introduced after the audit, never sold during it.
The next step

Test your business plan first. Then we talk.

The Planner runs in six minutes and gives you a complete projection of where your business could be in twelve months. Most founders book the discovery call from the result page itself — not because they are sold, but because the numbers make the conversation worth having.
